By accessing or using Nikah Connect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nikah Connect. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that you are a Muslim seeking a spouse through halal means, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with another person.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create false or misleading profiles.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
- Share explicit, inappropriate, or offensive content.
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
- Use the Service for casual dating, entertainment, or any non-matrimonial purpose.
- Use the Service in any unlawful manner.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Nikah Connect offers optional paid subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods. You may cancel at any time through your Profile settings.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, text, messages). By uploading content, you grant Nikah Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, behavior we deem harmful to the community, or for any other reason at our discretion, without prior notice or liability.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nikah Connect does not guarantee that you will find a match, and is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. We do not verify the identity of users unless explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikah Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the date below. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
